The tour typically takes about 3 hours with a short break in between.
Yes, you can take all of the photos you want. Clear off a lot of phone memory if you love to take photos.
Yes, you can reserve a private tour. Check to make sure that the tour date has no reservations.
Yes, you can choose whatever galleries and whatever length you wish. Please contact us ahead of time so that we can prepare.
Yes, young children are welcome but please book a private tour so that we can adjust to your special schedule, such as meal times.
Tours start at 1pm on weekdays but special requests can be made for different times and days.
If you're taking the Central Line (tube), the Tottenham Court Rd station is better than the Holborn station because there are fewer turns and fewer busy streets to cross. Look for Exit 2 (Petit Pret food takeaway) and exit at street level right in front of the Dominion Theatre. Russell Square station requires an elevator to get to street level, which is not as convenient but the route to the museum is straightfoward and simple.
Yes! Please book the 5-hour private tour. The order is Mesopotamia (upstairs) > Egypt (upstairs, ground floor) > break > Assyria (ground floor) > Babylon (upstairs) > Persia (upstairs) > break > Greece (ground floor, upstairs) > Rome (upstairs).
